If you're buying or selling, I couldn't possibly recommend Monica Girgis enough. Everyone knows a realtor. You should speak to more than one and put Monica at the top of that list. She has a great feel for the market. She's extremely knowledgeable and realistic. Works non-stop. Knows the market. Has a great read on who your buyer is and who will potentially kill your deal. She did that for us and the process was smooth. Her negotiation skills are excellent. She will protect you. She has a complete understanding of the process from start to finish, which can be tricky at times. She works non-stop and is extremely easy to deal with. She will actively find your buyer or seller, not just put your house on the MLS and hope for the best. She is a go-getter. She's the opposite of most of the condescending know-it-all realtors. She will listen to you. She doesn't speak at you. And...even after our deal closed and she received her well-deserved commission, she helped us pack and carry out our boxes! Goes the extra mile. A true gem!

Monica was a pleasure to work with. She’s been our agent for about 4-5 months and helped us find our first house.
